Whereas Dr. Ryosuke Kawatsuji of 36 Clinton Street, Concord,NH 03301, Lynne Mitchell, Esq., New Hampshire Hospital, 36 Clinton St.,Concord,NH 03301 Telephone: 271-5751 misrepresented the incidents,and condition of Robert Bauer, age 65, born 10/05/1949 in Portsmouth NH, of #A-10 Pine and Pond Park, Rt. 125, Epping ,NH 03042, when admitted to New Hampshire Hospital. The admission alleged that Mr. Bauer was drunk at the Holiday Inn at 172 North Main St., Concord, NH 03301, when in fact he was under the morning side effects of Seroquel (quetiapine fumarate, 300mg). An assertion was made that Mr. Bauer was non-compliant with the Seroquel regimen, when, in fact he had been issued samples at the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester,NH by Dr. Elizabeth Blencoe, under whose care Mr. Bauer had been previously at Bedford Counseling in Downtown Manchester, NH, 03101.
