We demand better protection for our hedges and hedgerows.

The local council has once again disregarded local opinion on our hedges and hedgerows. Over the last year they have been systematically removed or reduced so drastically that local wildlife has been affected and it has made the area look more like a barren wasteland than an environmentally friendly area.

We feel that better understanding of local wildlife, flora and fauna would be an advantage when it comes to cutting back these vital areas.
