justice for cat shot in the head by a veterinarian

Kristen Lindsay is a veterinarian who shot a cat through the head with a bow and arrow and later posted photos boasting of the incident on social media. Her license needs revoked. The Texas veterinary medical examiners board has found her guilty yet no actions have been taken against her. Please sign to stop this cruelty from going on again!
