Demand the Anti-Tethering Bill Become a Law in PA!

Pennsylvania, among other states, is in the midst of another polar vortex with temperatures reaching subzero temperatures day and night.  Local news websites are reporting that animal welfare agencies responding to reports of animal cruelty are helpless to aid these poor animals since PA has no law about chains used to tether animals outside, nor any temperature restrictions on when they can be left outside. 

We need to push for the anti-tethering bill to be made into law.  The bill would:

- Govern the length and type of chains acceptable for leaving pets outside

- Make it illegal to leave animals outside in extreme weather situations.

Please put an end to freezing animals today!!
