Ga Dept of Agiculture must monitor Breeders!

For the second time since January hundreds of neglected dogs were pulled from a Georgia puppy mill.  In January almost 200 German Shepherds were rescued and in early March almost 700 dogs were pulled from a licensed breeder! The Georgia Dept of Agiculture is SUPPOSED to monitor breeders. The licensed breeder had been cited once before. The GDA must do a better job of monitoring, enforcing and permanently shutting down these puppy factories!
