TOUGHER PENALTIES FOR ANYONE INVOLVED IN DOG-FIGHTING, INCLUDING STEALING PETS FOR 'BAIT'

The UK Government need to take the horrific practice of dog-fighting more seriously.  Pets are being stolen from gardens and increasingly during violent attacks on pet-owners to be used as bait for fighting dogs.  Dog-fighting has become part of BIG BUSINESS in the criminal underworld raising money for drug barons.  ANYONE involved with this, from pet thieves to breeders of fighting dogs needs to be penalised severely.  IT HAS TO START NOW!
