A picture worth 10 MILES of STREETCAR for $500,000,000 in PROPERTY TAXES.

Please sign and forward this petition to others to voice to Mayor Anthony Foxx and Charlotte City Council that we are in opposition to using property taxes to fund the streetcar.  We are asking that a capital plan be passed without the streetcar for the following reasons:
