Stop Recurrent Abuse at Animal Shelter

"The Stockton Animal Shelter has faced a steady stream of criticism for the past several years. Citizens have alleged that there has been “ongoing pattern and practice of abuse” at the shelter that has resulted in the illegal killings of many dogs and cats. We must tell the mayor of Stockton to address this ongoing problem and force the Stockton Animal Shelter to stop its abusive practices."
