    Amanda Pando an agent for The Willows At Spring Mill owned by Ingerman Affordable in Mullica Hill , New Jersey on 4/25/2019 sent out a letter stating the following ' see in letter attached'. Because the demands in this letter, is a direct violation of the lease which states on page 10 section 9 that tenants and occupants shall use grills on designated areas. at hand we as tenants feel that we are being threatened by her charging us a $75 fine per offense which clearly states in that we are permitted to utilize grills in designated areas.
