Elephant imprisoned for 38 years in concrete cage at Manilla Zoo

Mali the elephant had been in a concrete cage in the Manilla Zoo for 38 years. She is the only elephant in the zoo an had not seen not heard the sound of any other elephant in her 38 years there. Her feet have not touched grass in 38 years. She need medical care. She is so lonely she holds her own tail. She should be released to an elephant sanctuary as soon as possible!
