Sheriff's,police,state troopers,and all agencies,who set up deceptive speed traps to make extra money which drives these citizens working for these agencies.We need these techniques OUTLAWED NOW.IF YOU NEED MONEY THAT BAD HAVE FUND RAISERS,OR QUIT!!!!! STOP STEALING MONEY FROM THE CITIZENS,REPEAT SPEEDERS ON A 2nd stop will then and only then receive a citation.
