Too early to open public houses Prime Minister

With the Covid-19 virus still taking people into hospitals and family losing their love ones do we need to open the public houses so quickly. Surely it should be with care and try how it would be perhaps say 10 to 2pm and perhaps 6pm to 10pm because it could put things back if people don't respect the distances or other people. It could be detrimental we have so much to deal with. They are to be Saturday but coffee shops are still closed
