Construct a bike path on Palm Drive

Bicyclists - Give people a safe way to bicycle to work at Turkey Point.
Drivers - Get bicyclists out of the already congested traffic lanes to increase flow.
Government - Create incentive for people to be more active and bicycle to work safely.
Bicyclists have all the rights to the road that motorized vehicles do, but you can't count on drivers to slow down and drive carefully.  There needs to be a bike path on Palm Drive to allow those who would bike to work at Turkey Point a safe way to do so.
