Renewable Energy on Every NEW Home built

Let's make California even more of a leader in the fight for renewable energy and climate change. If you build a home, or do 100k of remodeling then you must add some element of renewable energy. Solar PV (Photovoltaics) or Solar Thermal, Micro Hydro or Wind. Reduce the demand for fossil fuel. There is new technology now that you can heat your home from the sun with radiant floor heat at the same price of natural gas!
