Demand regulation for the dog grooming industry

Our family dog Max was killed by a mobile dog groomer. Dog groomers have no licensing, registration or training requirements for working with our family pets. Please help me change the laws to protects our beloved pets. By signing this petition, you agree with me that licensing, professional training, and harsher sentencing should be required of all pet groomers and employees.
