Outlaw Coal Rollers

Coal Rollers have specially modified their diesel engines to waste fuel making thick black smoke come out of pipes dedicated to blowing their effluvia in the face of any driver who might appear to be a good steward of the environment, or otherwise identified as being possibly of politically liberal sentiments. Priuses, other hybrids, and subcompacts are alleged to be especially singled out as targets. They are endangering other drivers, and polluting the air, by expressing their schadenfreude.
