DEMAND the CLOSURE OF HIGH KILL animal "SHELTERS" starting with the O.C "Shelter"

THE OC : Shelter" has the highest percentage of Animals possible .AND it allows NO real time for animals to be saved .Proven on Facebook Today March 14 2014 DOZENS were Slaughtered in ONE day Alone... and YES Those terrified Pets were ALONE.See their terified eyes on the photos ..Some KILLED in mere HOURS while people tried to ADOPT them AND we were Pledging as their hours count down.  CRUELTY within a 'SHELTER is Disgusting and we DEMAND that it be CLOSED NOW  and 2 more shelters we are investigating We NEED a LAW to PREVENT murdering these animals at least for 10 days or FOREVER is our dream.
