We are a small group of students working on a government and civics project focused on the immigration court backlog and how it affects individuals and families in our community. Many people facing immigration cases are forced to wait months or even years for a decision, leaving families in uncertainty and stress. This backlog can impact people's ability to work, stay with their loved ones, and feel secure about their future. To better understand how our community feels about this issue, we created a petition to gather support and awareness.
