Request to Medical Aid Societies to reverse Hearing Aid for Life Ruling

We the members of your Societies feel it is unfair that members are only allowed to purchase one pair of hearing aids for a LIFETIME. Hearing Aid appliances do not last FOREVER. There are many ways in which one might experience the loss of a Hearing Aid or they simply could stop working due to a electronic component breakdown.

We hereby submit this petition to you asking you to reinstate the period of two years and increase the purchase value which all societies have reduced by 50%.
