Pay Social Security checks to seniors on the 1st to the 3rd of the month not in the middle of the mo

People should sign so people like me who are paid every third wednesday of each month get paid on the 1st to the 3rd of each month. every month i owe late fees on my rent because i am paid on the 3rd wednesday of every month. the law was made so they did not have prorate benefits. i am a senior citizen who gets very little to begin with and then hit with late fees by realtors who do not care and i know i am not the only one out there going through this. sign this petition to change the pay date for senior citizens social security checks to be paid on the 1st or 3rd of each month not on their birthday if it is the middle of the month.
