Green County Animal Shelter in Snow Hill NC does not network in an attempt to find homes for the pets in their care. Many northern states will try to rescue the animals but without networking they are often doomed to the cruel and senseless act of euthanasia. It would take very little for this shelter to reach out to the many facilities who assist in finding forever families for these pets.
