Justice for a defenseless horse that´s been skinned alive in Miami, find and prosecute those monste

A horse, or better what´s been left of it, has been found by the owner in Miami, the horse must´ve been alive while some monster(s) skinned it alive and cut off parts of its back, probably for the illegal horse meat trade, this is a barbaric cruelty and a crying shame, now those monsters who did this to the poor defenseless horse that had no chance to getaway need to be found and prosecuted, so the owner shall get justice for his horse which´s been tortured to death!!!
