Urgent Petition to President Ahmadinejad of Iranin care of Foreign Minister Ali Salehi
I'm asking you today to join me in sending an urgent message to Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to save the life of Christian Pastor Yousef Nadarkhani from execution for his religious beliefs.

As a Christian, I am joining with Dr. Evans in appealing to you today as a ruler appointed by God to take action to save the life of Yousef Nadarkhani. I respectfully ask that you commute his death sentence and allow him and his family to emigrate to another nation where they will be able to freely worship according to their faith. This action will bring you great credit in the eyes of the world and mark you as a leader who understands the value of mercy. I pray that God will lead you to spare the life of this pastor.
