Every day, 240,000 In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) caregivers provide vital care to our aging parents, neighbors with disabilities, and vulnerable loved ones. Yet these essential workers remain LA County's largest low-wage workforce.

The average IHSS worker earns just $23,000 a year, well below the federal poverty line.
