We would like a Hookah Lounge for the college students. No alcohol or any drugs of any kind will be allowed, free wifi(so students can study etc.), fruit juicers, with hookahs & vapes, and relaxing music

The students need a place they can go to, where they can hangout, study while enjoying their hookah or vape in a positive, relaxing environment.
Can't do your home work and use a hookah in the library, or computer lab. It's something different for the town of Pembroke
