Add your Voice to the Candlelight Rally for Alzheimer's

Millions of families across America are affected by Alzheimer's disease. One in 8 older Americans is struggling with Alzheimer's and the disease is the only cause of death among the top 10 that cannot be prevented, slowed or cured.

With new leaders in Congress, it is vital that the voices of those fighting this disease and working towards a cure be heard. We must let Congress know that in order to fight Alzheimer's, we need Congress to make a commitment to finding a cure for this devastating disease.

On the evening of May 15, 2011 advocates will gather on the lawn in front of the Capitol, share their stories and light candles in honor of loved ones. This moving ceremony is part of the Alzheimer's Association Alzheimer's Advocacy Forum.
