Tell Congress to Close the Terror Gap: Suspected Terrorists Shouldn't Be Able to Buy Guns

Common sense says that if someone is considered too dangerous to board a plane, they shouldn't be able to pass a background check and buy a gun. But people on the terrorist watch list can purchase guns legally because there is no law blocking them from being able to do so.

The NRA has consistently opposed legislation that would close this dangerous loophole. To this day, there is nothing preventing suspected terrorists from legally buying guns in the U.S.

As terrorist organizations like Al Qaeda and ISIS call for attacks on American soil, it’s more important than ever that we take every precaution to prevent suspected terrorists from buying guns within our borders.

Tell Congress to close the terror gap, and stop suspected terrorists from being able to buy guns legally in America.
To whom it may concern:

Suspected terrorists should not be able to buy guns. It's that simple. I urge Congress to pass common-sense laws that will keep weapons out of the hands of suspected terrorists and other dangerous people.
