65 Criminal Charges and Counting: Tell New Mexico Secretary of State Dianna Duran to Resign

New Mexico Secretary of State Dianna Duran is facing 65 criminal charges, including charges of money laundering, embezzlement, identity theft, transferring campaign money into her personal bank account, using campaign funds at a casino and lying on her campaign finance reports.

Part of Duran's job as Secretary of State is to oversee campaign finance reporting. How can we trust Duran to oversee all of New Mexico's campaign finance reports when she's been breaking the law and lying on her own reports?

New Mexico deserves better. If Duran resigns we can hold a special election for a Secretary of State who will not only abide by the law of our democratic process, but strengthen it.
