This guy, 24yr old Kyle Romain went balistic on his dog Scruffy for pooping on the floor. He beat Scruffy with a sawed off Shotgun then when his girlfriend tried to stop him he turned on her. He is dangerous and an obvious sociopath. He need to be put away for a very long time for the safety of other animals and people!!
