Demand a federal law be made that states it is legal to break into a vehicle to save an animal from death by heat or cold.

    Dogs, cats and various other animals die in locked vehicles everyday. They overheat or freeze to death because some person either accidently or on purpose locks them in their vehicles and leaves them helpless to extreme weather conditions. Make it legal to break into a vehicle to rescue these animals.
