Because people who depend on the services that Branstad has discontinued or will be in the future and currently are not able to find services elsewear. The State changes effect all of disabled person's...there is confusion about if we will still have services--if not what are we expected to do regarding support for our independence which I am sure Brand Stad would prefer--I do not think he has any idea or put much thought into the consumers and the changes he has made to the new state changes--not only has he effected the mentally ill but also the physically disabled consumer---we must stop this ignorance of our governor.
