Tell Congress: Drug users need treatment, not prison!

Each year in Pennsylvania, we arrest over 55,000 drug offenders, many of them suffering from addiction. Without adequate treatment, it's common for them to reoffend upon their release, landing them back in jail or prison.

This isn't working.

Rather than wasting money on incarceration, we should invest in the treatment they need to stay out of the criminal justice system and live healthy fulfilling lives.

It's time to pass the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act!
