DEMAND FOR SECOND ACCESSWAY IN THE BEND AREA OF RED BLUFF CA IN CASE OF FIRE THRIUGH PAYNES CREEK ON THE BLM

Currently, in case if fire, there is only one way out through the Bend Area of Red Bluff, California. There is access through the BLM via Payne’s Creek, however, it is currently inaccessible due to excess debris. Payne’s Creek needs to be cleaned out, and Accessway across the creek established.
