Egyptian Government - punish Chinese workers who torture and eat stray dogs for their dinner

Chinese workers in Egypt are collecting stray dogs, torturing them and eating them. We would like the Egyptian Government to make mistreament of dogs illegal, and speak to the Chinese Government about their workers carrying out the practice of dog meat torture and make it clear that dogs are not food. We would also like the Egyptian Government to make eating dogs illegal, for many reasons! There are human health risks associated with this and this is cruel and against their religion. The fact thaty they let Chinese workers get away with this, tarnishes their international reputation.
