People go for free pets to use as bait for dog fighting.

A Bikie said he gets his Mrs to dress the part to go and collect free dogs advertised and she rolls up at the trusting persons place with her kids looking like a homely family.
This is a cunning wide spread procedure.
It does not stop here with dogs.
Cats are used for bait as well---the cheaper the dinner the better not only for the fighting dogs but for shark bait as well.
