Opposed to HB 3362 ban on the sale of flavored e-liquid and e-cigarettes resulting in a class A misd

This bill would ban the sale of flavored e-liquid & e-cigarettes in the state of Illinois. Any sale of these items would result in being charged with a class A misdemeanor.

This would allow you to only sell tobacco or menthol flavored e-liquid and e-cigarettes in the state of Illinois.
