Stop utility companies from gouging Texas customers with huge bills for electricity due to the power outage.

    Some Texas residents who do not have fixed utility rates are having to pay huge bills due to price fluctuations caused by the winter storm outage. One man's bill was $17,000. This is unacceptable and should not be allowed to occur!
