DON'T LET COAL MINING COMPANIES DUMP THEIR WASTE IN OUR STREAM!

The HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 38, which allows coal mining companies to dump their waste in the stream, affect millions of people who live near the steams and kills fishes instantly living in the streams. The HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 38 will not only bring havoc to the fishes living in the streams but also animals living near their. Together we can overturn this petition if we believe in it. Our goal is to overturn this HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 38 and find a better way to provide clean and renewable energy to the people. I , like millions of people living near the stream, am greatly affected by this resolution. I am not only affected by this, but also people living near the streams. People who depends on the streams for their livelihood are greatly affected by this resolution.
