Protect Workers’ Rights in the UK

The EU has protected the rights of British workers and promoted equality and diversity in the workplace.

Paid maternity leave, guaranteed holiday leave, protection for women in the workplace, equal pay and anti-discrimination measures — all these come directly from European law. If we leave Europe they could disappear.

Being in Europe also means more jobs, with independent studies showing over 3 million UK jobs are linked to our trade with the EU — that's one in every ten UK jobs.
