Congress Must Impeach and Convict Trump for Illegal War with Iran, Which Threatens to Destabilize the Globe

On Saturday, February 28, 2026, Donald Trump started an illegal war with Iran by dropping bombs on its capital city, Tehran, as well as other locations within the country. He did this without Congressional approval, which is against U.S. law. And he did this without provocation or sufficient justification, which is against international law.

Donald Trump is trying to plunge the globe into World War III. The U.S. Congress MUST perform its constitutional duties to protect the country and the world by impeaching this utterly reckless, unstable, unfit man from office NOW. Sign the petition.

The Middle East still hasn't recovered from the last several wars the U.S. started there. It cannot risk further destabilization - but Trump obviously doesn't care about that. In fact, he may even relish the distraction this provides, since his administration continues to hide over 3 million documents related to his late friend, the convicted pedophile and child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.

The bombs that the U.S. and Israel together dropped on Iran did not only hit military or governmental locations. They also hit a girls' school in Minab, a city in the south of Iran. Upwards of 148 children have been confirmed dead so far, though that number continues to rise.

Predictably, Trump and Netanyahu's initial and ongoing bombing of Iran has prompted Iran's military to retaliate against neighboring countries that have been friendly with the U.S. As of Sunday, March 1, nations that have been impacted include not only Iran, but also Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Qatar, and Bahrain.

Bombing Iran will not help its citizens. It will not ensure the protection of human rights, civil dissent, or peace and stability. It will not help the world. In fact, it will not help with anything other than Donald Trump's fragile ego and his desire to get what he wants, when he wants - and to convince the world not to look into the things he wants secret.

The U.S. Congress has both a legal and moral duty to step in at a catastrophic moment like this. It must fulfill its duty to protect the Constitution and law and order, by both impeaching and convicting Donald Trump, removing him from office immediately. It MUST act. Sign the petition now.
