I PLEDGE TO VOTE on 8th June 2017 in the UK general election

Hansard's 2017 report on political engagement in the UK states that only "59% say they are 'absolutely certain to vote'". In the 2015 election, only 66.1% of people voted. 

The people who don't vote could change everything.
