Demand that Private Landlords accept Family Pets -Educate The Private Sector Landlord and Letting Ag

Many family pets are being abandoned or if lucky - rescued. Due to Landlords not knowing the rules about 'Peaceful Quiet Occupation of the Dwelling House' together with "Permission will not normally be unreasonably withheld" [for a pet/child etc; they are often then changing the perameters of the initial Contract  without the legally necessary serving[s]/or timings of the correct Notices once a Tenant is in situ.

There is a crisis of unwanted dogs & pets - rescue organisations cannot cope...and why?....because so many reluctant Landlords who would have preferred to sell their properties; were it nort for a flat housing market, have rented;    They  lack education from ill advised, ill qualified  [or NOT qualified at all!]   and ill experienced Letting Agents who have sprung up in this Letting Boom; due to the flattened on purpose,  Housing Market as has been previously manipulated to provide homes in the absence of Public Sector Social House Building. Which WE Badly Need.

Also;  the average Tenant is nothing more to a Letting Agent than a money making excercise.  Paying Application Fees/Document Fees/Renewal Fees/Check In Fees/Check Out Fees/Fees for collecting Keys.

Indigenous Communities are suffering, so are Childrens Education whilst just having settled in a School...the Reluctant Landlord decides he wants his property back. The tenant then becomes another statistic & more money for Letting Agents

So many WELL LOVED dogs & cats are having to go to already overstretched shelters. IF Lucky they will find a new home. Due to Current Legislation [Ill Practiced by SOME Letting Agents]....animals are being abandoned or if lucky-Rescued......SOME of these transient people are hapless victims of the hitherto slump in the Housing Market;  together with the prior requirement of previous Governmental Admistrations to provide Homes by other means!!..in the absence of TRUE & Meaningful SOCIAL HOUSE BUILDING.......RELUCTANT LANDLORDS who would have preferred to sell...together with a complete NON-APPRECIATION by some Letting Agents allegedly giving Professional Advice....when more often they are ill qualified, ill experienced, have NOT undertaken any Professional Instruction via ARLA or anywhere else for that matter.... and certainly LACKING in any of true life experience[s] together with any Humane Empathy with which to display to their hapless clients; b and as a result 'HELP' these transuient people WHO can lose a Home at the whim of the PRIVATE[ON OCCASIONS RELUCTANT/HAPLESS ILL INSTRUCTED AND ILL ADVISED 'Landlord'....Evidently due to the sheer ineptitude of,  and LACK of Technical Knowledge of MOST latter day Letting Agents?  up to 50% of currently let properties are 'LET' without any 'Consent To Let' by Mortgage Lenders?



This is a very BIG BUBBLE waiting to Burst.
