Oppose zoning changes at 16st and Ocotillo, oppose ingress and egress on Ocotillo, guarantee un-inte

There is no good reason to change current zoning laws so a developer can build a couple extra homes in an already crowded area. Keep our current zoning laws.

When the developer bought the property the ingress and egress was on 16st and it should be kept there. We do not need additional vehicle traffic in our neighborhood when 16st is a main artery capable of handling the additional traffic much better than our people and dog friendly non-thru streets.

Make the developer obligate legally to provide all the neighbors a non-interrupted irrigation system during and after construction.
