Demand a skateboard park from Orangevale Recreation and Park District for Orangevale (youths) residents

The District's first master plan (1992) mentions the need for a skateboard park. In 2014 I publicly brought petitions (22 pages) for a skateboard park before the District's Board of Directors. I publicly asked them to put the subject on their agenda for public discussion and debate and community outreach! To this day they have yet to do what i publicly asked them to do!
