British Airways suffered a catastrophic IT failure that caused delays, cancellations and travel chaos for more than 75,000 passengers.
Flight delays and cancellations can ruin holidays and cost passengers hundreds of pounds. But to add insult to injury, claiming compensation can be difficult, time consuming and you could end up sharing your payout with claims management companies.
This is unacceptable.
We're calling on BA and other airlines to do more than just the bare minimum. They should automatically compensate passengers who suffer delays and cancellations so that they get what they're entitled to swiftly.
