It is clear that the staff team is incompetent, biased, hypocritical, inefficient, and many other things. After being confronted by several people regarding the dysfunction Napoleonic Times Staff Team, the staff team chose a corrupt route to deal with the situation.

Multiple people were warned or muted in the channels for offenses that, yes, broke TNT rules including the apparent "no disrespect" rule. After staff took care of moderating those rules, they themselves broke the "no disrespect" rule, thus adding to their hypocrisy. It is recognized that TNT is a highly incompetent "company," as they have shown clear inability to meet paper deadlines, and then have shown failure to properly reorganize their own staff teams.
