Everyone Deserves Affordable Housing

TNDC (the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation) was founded in 1981 to provide affordable housing to low-income individuals and families with children. From our humble beginnings in the Tenderloin to today, when we're providing 6,300 people a place to call home in our 45 buildings across seven neighborhoods in San Francisco, our mission has been simple: Homes, Health, and Voice for all San Franciscans, so they, and our city, can thrive.

There are many barriers to affordable housing in San Francisco — systemic inequity, generational poverty, low incomes, and unpredictable life events such as divorce and job loss. Still, the main contributor is the need for more affordable homes for everyone.

If you believe all San Franciscans deserve a place to call home, please sign this pledge and let us know that you support our mission!
