Principalul motiv pentru care PayPal nu este disponibil pentru romani, probabil, este faptul ca PayPal se gandeste ca vom face fraude. Cred ca, faptul ca nu ne este permis accesul la serviciul PayPal, ajuta la cresterea fraudelor, pentru ca, romanii incearca sa platesasca pentru un serviciu sau un produs pe Internet dar nu poate si din dorinta de a obtine neaparat ceea ce-si doreste, incearca prin frauda. In concluzie, daca serviciul PayPal va deveni disponibil pentru Romania vor scade fraudele pe Internet, PayPal va avea o noua piata, extinderea serviciului in alte tari, noi profituri.

I think the main reason why Paypal don't allow Romanians it's because they think we will do frauds. I think the fact we're not allowed to have access to Paypal - just help increasing the frauds because Romanians are trying to pay for a service or product on Internet but they can't do it - and then they're trying by fraud. So, making available the paypal for Romania will decrease the Internet frauds by Romanians, get more customers, extend worldwide the service, and get some profits.
