Protecting people with hardships

When a person is overwhelmed with debt we tend to turn to these online loans or payday check advances.  It seems fine at the time but try paying them back.  The fees are so high that instead of helping us it gets us further in debt.  I for one, am so deep that i am going to have to file bankruptcy.  I took one of these out and then another to pay that one and before i realized what was happening i was already drowning.  What put the icing on the cake was that having put this information out there, I was subjected to loans i didn't apply for and charged a club membership i never agreed to in order to get the loan.  I have been paying more and more late fee to the bank.  I only hope that this petition will help others like me.
