Recycle! Do not throw away!

Every day in the United states tons of food gets thrown into the landfill.  More and more people can use that thrown away food because they do not have money to buy food.  Some eateries will donate to soup kitchens if they can.  But the health department makes laws that food must be thrown away instead of given to the American Hungry.

Food in the dumpster starts to have a foul odor especially on a hot summer day.  Food can be inspected at the end of the day, picked up and given to charities to redistribute to shut-ins, homeless shelters, and group homes instead of being sent to a landfill.
